Oversee daily administration of reported concerns within ServiceNow and Navex systems. ![]() This position will provide guidance and interpretation of policies and procedures to minimize the company's legal liability. They will analyzes and interpret data to monitor employee relations trends in order to aid Operations Management in addressing the trends in a proactive and preventative approach. They will conduct Human Resources (HR) related investigations to ensure that employee issues are resolved in adherence to all company policies and procedures and local, state, and federal regulations and manage resolution by provide recommendations to Operational Management and Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) as appropriate. The Employee Relations Partner is responsible for providing consistent, tactical Employee Relations consultation to Managers and Employees to resolve employee issues and advise on employee conflict resolution, disciplinary action and/or termination.
